Stream Delineation

The Catena Group is well versed in the delineation of streams. The delineation of jurisdictional streams, defined as intermittent or perennial streams, requires an experienced and trained eye. Identification of jurisdictional streams includes investigating the presence of stream indicators such as alluvial deposition, levees, channel head cuts, and channel morphology as well as biological indicators.
